GEMS: God’s Elegant Mature Servants
Come and join us for GEMS on Thursday, March 26th at 12:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The speaker will be Rev. Dan Heaton. His presentation will be on the history of Selfridge Air National Guard Base. The menu for lunch will include soups, salads, and desserts. There are two sign-up sheets on the bulletin board in the narthex. Please sign up if you plan to attend, and if you would like to bring a dish to pass. Join us with a friend! For more information, please contact Debbie Leafdale or Joyce Jarnick.

Troy People Concerned Pasta Dinner
Troy People Concerned will hold its annual Spring Pasta Dinner on Thursday, April 16th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. at the San Marino Club, 1685 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy. There will be an open buffet, cash bar, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and more. Please see Marilyn Johnson for tickets. Admission is $25. Children under 10 are $10.

Lenten Daily Devotionals
Every day through the season of Lent, please watch your email for a Lenten Daily Devotional from the Kirk. These devotionals are written by members of First Pres Troy, the Kirk, and mission partners of the Kirk, including Hope Against Trafficking, Micah 6 Community, and Pontiac Community Foundation. These devotionals are truly intergenerational, as the writers are teenagers through octogenarians! If you do not receive these emails, please let the office know.

Giving During Lent
During Lent, we will be participating in a food drive for Gleaners, so please consider bringing food items as a Lenten discipline. We are still supporting Troy People Concerned, so consider bringing toiletries for that organization, too.

Coronavirus Reminder!
Because of coronavirus concerns across the country, this is just a reminder to frequently wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitizer if hand washing isn’t possible. Consider not shaking hands during Passing of the Peace; no one will mind!
