Healing Service Thanks
It is with a grateful heart that we were able to gather for a Healing Service this past Tuesday. This does not just happen! A special thanks to Nancy Sisunik for her spirit of caring and for those who came and lifted up friends, family, community and world situations in prayer.

Building Maintenance Thanks
There are so many of our members who go above and beyond in their work to keep our building and grounds clean and beautiful. To mention only a few deeds that may go unnoticed: cleaning gutters, outdoor sign updated and changed, planting and watering flowers, cleaning up patio, trimming the shrubs and low hanging branches, sweeping outside. In addition there is the Friday Crew who make the inside “spic and span.” What a mess this building would be without so much “tender loving care”!!!

Liturgist Thanks
Another word of gratitude to all who participate all year long by helping to lead worship. We are so fortunate to have lay leadership on a Sunday morning. Thanks to each of you for saying “yes” when invited to join Ann and Bill and for those who organize these liturgists!

Book Group
The book group will be meeting later this summer. On Wednesday, August 23rd, we will be discussing Clara and Mr. Tiffany by Susan Vreeland. New readers are always welcome! We will discuss Gone With the Wind on September 27th if enough people read or reread it over the summer–a great read for the summer months!
